About TTT Ltd

The Training Team Ltd is a specialised training and consulting group who undertake and deliver business development and training contracts for our clients. The Training Team was founded in 1998 by its Managing Director Ross Chaplin who has been working in the training industry in the UK and overseas for many years.

The business has grown from its original foundations in the South East and now works with clients around the UK. We have vast experience in the design, development and delivery of bespoke training courses and blended learning programmes, combining instructor-led workshops and events with leadership coaching, online assessments and online learning. We are one of the largest providers of ILM Accredited courses in the Region and offer Level 2, 3, 5 and 7 programmes.

Consultancy

Our services include skills audits – to determine what people know, task analysis – to see what people do and training needs analysis (TNA) to determine where training can help.

We design online learning and assessment programmes for our customers. Our products set the bar for customisable blended learning solutions and assessments and help transform organisations and individuals within both the public and private sectors.
